Mom's Broccoli Salad

Products used: Bread Dip Seasoning, Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, Premium Balsamic Vinegar, Spicy Garlic Sea Salt

Ingredients

FOR DRESSING:
¾ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Creme Fraiche
3 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp SOOC Premium Balsamic
2 Tbsp SOOC Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
¼ tsp SOOC Spicy Garlic Sea Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp SOOC Bread Dip Seasoning
FOR SALAD:
4 bunches Broccoli Florets, stemmed and chopped
1 small Red Onion, minced
8 strips Bacon, cooked & crumbled
¾ cup Golden Raisins
½ cup Sunflower Seeds
½ cup shredded NY Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

In a large serving bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, and bacon. Mix in the dressing, tossing to coat. Add the golden raisins, sunflower seeds, and extra sharp cheddar. Mix together, and serve!
