Peach Balsamic Caprese Salad

Caprese salad is such a simple and fresh appetizer to enjoy! We upped the  traditional recipe by using peaches instead of tomatoes. This simple but elevated recipe has peaches, Peach Balsamic Vinegar, basil, and fresh salt and pepper. It creates a smooth, sweet, and delicious twist on a recipe staple!

Products used: Peach Balsamic Vinegar, French Fleur De Sel Sea Salt


2 – 3 fresh peaches, sliced
2 tablespoons Peach Balsamic Vinegar
½ teaspoon Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 – 6 leaves of fresh basil
1 ball of fresh mozzarella


Wash and slice your peaches. Then, place your peaches on a plate sporadically.

Next, tear off portions of the mozzarella ball and place sporadically on the plate with the peaches. Do the same with the fresh basil.

Drizzle the Peach Balsamic on top and sprinkle with the Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and pepper. Enjoy!!
