Rosemary Steak Skewers with Lemon Rosemary Fries

Rosemary Steak Skewers with Lemon Rosemary Fries

Probably one of my favorite kebabs, these Rosemary Steak Skewers are loaded with flavor, perfectly cooked, and a hit at any gathering! Tender and juicy steak and

Lemon Rosemary Steak Fries, grilled to absolute perfection, what is not to love!?

The recipe itself is easy to make, it just takes a bit of time to get everything threaded onto the skewers so grab a friend to make it go twice as fast. You’ll love them for entertaining and cook outs. Just keep in mind they’ll go quick so you may want to do a double batch.

Products used: Garlic Olive Oil, Rosemary Sea Salt, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

Ingredients for the Steak:
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1–2-inch pieces
½ cup SOOC Garlic Olive Oil, more if desired
½ cup SOOC Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
2 teaspoons SOOC Rosemary salt
2 tablespoons, garlic minced
Fresh cracked pepper
5 metal or wooden skewers
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients for Steak Fries:
4-6 Potatoes, scrubbed and skin left on
2-3 tablespoons SOOC Garlic Olive Oil, more if needed
1 tablespoon SOOC Rosemary salt

Directions

1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients for the steak marinade and add the steak. Marinade for 30 minutes or preferably overnight.

2. Cut potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil and salt. If you are grilling the potatoes, put some foil down so they don’t fall through the grates and grill for 10-15 minutes flipping halfway through. If grilling the fries is too much work heat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 35-45 minutes flipping halfway through.

3. Preheat grill to medium heat and if using wooden skewers, place them in water to soak. Grab a skewer and put the marinated steak on them. Grill each side for 5-8 minutes depending on how you like your steak cooked.
