Saratoga Autumn Mule
Submitted by Betsy Kates Chef Notes: “This beverage left me speechless, the only word that comes to mind is WOW. I would prefer this Saratoga Autumn Mule over a regular one any day. Betsy’s mule offers some sweet and some herbaceous flavors. You can always omit the rum as well if you’d like it to be non-alcoholic!”

Products used: Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar,


2 oz SOOC Red Apple Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Dash SOOC Vanilla Dark Balsamic Vinegar
2 oz Dark Rum
6 oz Ginger Beer
1 sprig Rosemary


Fill a tall mug with ice. Pour Red Apple Dark Balsamic Vinegar and the dash of Vanilla Dark Balsamic Vinegar over ice, add rum and stir well. Pour ginger beer over the top.

Serve with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy in front of a nice warm fire!
