1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
2 Tablespoons Mint, thinly sliced
½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
3 Tablespoons SOOC Jalapeno Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon SOOC Cucumber Melon Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
Salt and Pepper, to taste
