Berry French Toast Bake
A deliciously easy brunch recipe that will be sure to make an appearance all year round! With rich brioche bread soaked overnight and topped with berries marinated in our deliciously fruity Blueberry Balsamic. Not to mention, it’s finished with a dusting of our Limited Edition Vanilla Sugar!  Recipe By Taylor MacDougall

Products used: , Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar, Butter Olive Oil, Sicilian Sea Salt


5 Tbsp SOOC Butter Olive Oil
1 loaf Brioche, cubed
2 cups Milk
6 Eggs
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¾ tsp SOOC Sicilian Sea Salt
1 ½ Tbsp SOOC Vanilla Sugar
1 cup Strawberries, chopped
1 cup Blueberries
¼ cup SOOC Blueberry Balsamic


Grease a large baking dish with 3 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil, and add the cubed brioche

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, ½ tsp Sicilian Sea Salt, Vanilla Sugar, and remaining 2 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil. Pour mixture over the brioche. Cover with plastic wrap.

In a small mixing bowl, toss together the strawberries, blueberries, Blueberry Balsamic, and ¼ tsp Sicilian Sea Salt. Cover with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate both the brioche bake and berries overnight.

When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350℉. Spoon the marinated berries over the top of the brioche. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, until a knife can be inserted and come out clean.

Before serving, sprinkle remaining 1 Tbsp Vanilla Sugar over top. Serve with your favorite maple syrup!
