Chipotle Grilled Filet Mignon with Mango Salsa

Filet mignon marinated in Chipotle Olive Oil with a Mango Salsa.

Products used: Chipotle Olive Oil, Lime Sea Salt


3 Tbsp freshly squeezed Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh Cilantro
¼ cup SOOC Chipotle Infused Olive Oil
4 Filet Mignon Steaks
2 Mangoes, peeled, cut, and diced
1 ½ cup canned Black Beans
¼ Red Bell Pepper, diced
2 Scallions, sliced
½ Jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
1 ½ Tbsp fresh Cilantro, roughly chopped
¼ tsp SOOC Lime Sea Salt


For the marinade: puree lime juice, honey, garlic, cilantro, and Chipotle Infused Olive Oil in a food processor or blender until smooth.

Place steaks and marinade in a Ziploc bag for at least 3 hours.

Prepare the mango salsa: combine remaining ingredients and refrigerate.

Place steaks on the grill and cook as desired. Remove from the grill and top with mango salsa. Sprinkle with Lime Sea Salt and serve!
