Products used: Chipotle Olive Oil, Hickory Smoked Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp SOOC Chipotle Olive Oil
2 tbsp SOOC Hickory Smoked Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Lime wedges (for serving)

Directions

1. Marinate the Chicken Wings: In a large bowl, whisk together the Chipotle Olive Oil, Hickory Smoked Balsamic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings, tossing to coat them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours to allow the flavors to develop.

2. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F

3. Cook the Chicken Wings: Lightly grease the air fryer basket to prevent sticking. Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each piece for even cooking. Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through. Increase the temperature to 425°F and cook for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the skin. The wings should be golden brown and crispy.

4. Serve: Transfer the wings to a serving platter. For extra flavor, drizzle with more Hickory Smoked Balsamic if desired. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
