2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Suyo Cucumber Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh dill
2 teaspoons Sicilian Sea Salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Wash and dry the cucumbers, slice into desired size coins or half coins.
Add the rest of the ingredients into a separate dish to mix well.
