Lemon Dill Cucumber Salad
Light, tart and crisp, this Lemon Dill Cucumber Salad is the perfect side for spring picnics and potlucks!

Products used: , Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil, Sicilian Sea Salt


2 cucumbers
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Suyo Cucumber Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh dill
2 teaspoons Sicilian Sea Salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper


Wash and dry the cucumbers, slice into desired size coins or half coins.

Add the rest of the ingredients into a separate dish to mix well.

Pour the dressing into the bowl of cucumbers, mix well, and enjoy!
