1 teaspoon SOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
1 teaspoon SOOC Golden Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 red onion, minced
1 bunch fresh parsley, minced


1. Grab a medium sized bowl and add the beans, pineapple, onion, parsley, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

2. Mix all together and serve with tortilla chips.
