Spicy Cinnamon Pear Pork Chops
Submitted by Beverly Schott of Collinsville, CT Chefs Notes: “Slow clapping for this one… These pork chops were so delectable, and the pairing of the Chipotle and Cinnamon Pear is match made in heaven. Plate the pork chops and grilled pears with polenta and braised green for a five-star meal!”
