Hot & Spicy Watermelon Salsa

Spicy yet refreshing, this salsa swaps out tomatoes for fresh and juicy watermelon! Enjoy with lime tortilla chips, on top of grilled chicken, fish, or steak, or even with raw chopped shrimp for a zesty ceviche!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup Cilantro, minced
  • 1 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 3 Tbsp SOOC Baklouti Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup SOOC Mango Balsamic
  • 1 tsp SOOC Lime Sea Salt

Products used: Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil , Lime Sea Salt , Mango Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, red bell pepper, cucumber, cilantro, red onion, and lime juice, folding the ingredients together. Add in the Baklouti Olive Oil, Mango Balsamic, and Lime Sea Salt, mix well.
  • **For best results, set in the refrigerator for at least an hour to let those delicious flavors melt together!
